Screen Printing
Screen printing is a popular method for printing designs on fabric (and other materials) using ink and a stencil. Here’s how it works:
The Screen (Stencil): A fine mesh screen is prepared with your design. Parts of the mesh are blocked off so that ink only passes through where the design is.
Applying the Ink: Ink is spread across the screen, and a tool called a squeegee presses the ink through the open areas of the mesh onto the material below (like a t-shirt).
Layering Colors: If your design has multiple colors, each color usually gets its own screen and is printed one at a time.
Curing: The printed item is heated so the ink sets permanently—making it durable, vibrant, and long-lasting.

Sublimation
Sublimation is a printing method that uses heat and special inks to permanently transfer designs onto materials (usually polyester fabrics or coated items). Instead of sitting on top of the fabric, the ink actually becomes part of it.
The Design: Your artwork is printed onto special sublimation paper using sublimation inks.
Heat Transfer: The printed design is placed against the item and pressed with high heat.
The Magic: Under heat, the ink turns into a gas and bonds with the fibers of the material.
The Result: A smooth, vibrant, and permanent design that won’t peel, crack, or fade.
